For over 12 years, I struggled with the same frustrations so many hairstylists face...inconsistent quality, unpredictable colours, unreliable refund policies, and slow shipping from Australian wholesalers.
I started as a home-based business, needing affordable, high-quality hair to stay competitive with salons. But after thousands of dollars in refunds, damaged brand reputation, and wasted time, I knew I had to take matters into my own hands.
So, I did what most suppliers wouldn’t...I went straight to the source. I travelled to China to meet with manufacturers, inspect production processes, and I uncovered industry secrets that most brands won't tell you.
