We want you to absolutely love your hair extensions! However, due to Australian Health & Safety laws and the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns for faulty items. Our policy ensures fairness and transparency while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
Please read below to see if you qualify for a return or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Hair Extensions
We take hygiene seriously, so for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions that have been opened, worn, or altered in any way.
THIS INCLUDES:
✔ Breaking the seal on the wefts or removing the tape.
✔ Bleaching, dyeing, or toning with any chemicals or colouring products.
✔ Wearing, washing, or styling the extensions.
If you are unsure about your colour match, we strongly recommend ordering a colour ring!
Faulty Products + Replacements
We stand by the quality of our hair! If you receive a faulty item, please contact us. Faulty items will be replaced once the original product is returned and inspected. If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be issued.
Signature range hair comes with a 12 month guarantee. The hair needs to be returned for inspection before replacement. The hair will only be replaced if it is to be found faulty, and that no incorrect products have been used on the hair.

Exchanges
Not the right shade or length? No problem!
We offer hassle-free exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order—as long as the product is still in original, unopened packaging. A $20 shipping & handling fee will apply.
Orders under $100 can be returned for store credit.
Orders over 14 days can be returned for store credit.
Exchange process:
1. Place the items inside the original satchel.
2. Fill out the returns form and include it in your package.

Refunds
Faulty product?
If your order qualifies for a refund (faulty products only), processing will take 2-3 business days after receiving your return. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.
⚠ Refunds are not available for:
✘ Change of mind.
✘ Opened or used hair extensions.
✘ Hair that has been chemically treated or altered.
✘ Items past the 7-day return window.
Important Care Information
Using keratin or protein treatments on our extensions will void any warranty or refund. These products dry out the hair and cause brittleness. We highly recommend using Muk Ultra Soft range or other hydrating formulas to maintain longevity.

Education Refunds & Course Transfers:
Online Courses
Refunds are available within 4 weeks of enrollment, covering only the online portion of the training. Shipping fees and purchased kits are non-refundable.
Hands-On Education
💡 Once a hands-on session is completed, refunds cannot be provided. However, if you would like to upgrade your course, this option is available.
